Yapay Zekaya Hukuki Kişilik Verilmesi Konusunda Öne Sürülen 4 Teori
Yapay zeka konusunda yapılan çalışmaların gelişimine paralel olarak -diğer alanlarda olduğu gibi- hukuk alanında da bazı tartışmaların yapılması ve orta/uzun vadede hukuki düzenlemelerin yapılması kaçınılmaz görünmektedir. Bu tartışmaların başlangıç noktası yapay zekaya hukuki kişilik verilip verilemeyeceği konusudur.
